The creation of a 2.7 km civic path between the Foro de Mallorca and Inca transforms a stretch of road into a shared and safe space for pedestrians and cyclists. The action seeks to promote sustainable mobility and improve the connection between the municipalities of Raiguer.

The stretch between Lloseta and Inca, parallel to the Ma-13A, was traditionally an unfriendly route for those travelling on foot or by bicycle. The new civic path, with an adapted and safe design, offers a real alternative for moving between the town centres without relying on private vehicles.
It is a 2.5 metre-wide segregated pathway, landscaped and equipped with lighting, which provides a direct connection between the two municipalities. The route, which includes a wooden footbridge to cross the Son Bordils torrent, is intertwined with existing stretches towards Binissalem, thus creating a wider network in the centre of Mallorca.
In addition to the benefits for daily mobility, the project also includes road shoulder improvements to ensure the safety of road cyclists, as well as an efficient drainage system and more sustainable pavements. The action follows technical criteria that prioritise minimum impact on the natural environment and water resources.
With an investment of over 3.7 million euros, this infrastructure addresses long-term planning that aims to unite the territory and move towards a transport model that is more environmentally and people-friendly.
